Bilingual Customer Service Co-ordinator



Are you  ready for a new challenge?   (Note this is an early shift from 5:15am to 2:15pm M-F) If you answered yes to the above, then the Bilingual  (French/English) Customer Service Coordinator could be for you.

Our Ideal Candidate profile
  • Has a few years of call centre experience
  • Has excelled at providing great service while handling a high call volume
  • Is Exceptionally focussed, very driven and very decisive

Job Activities
  • follow established procedures and to take all steps to ensure the best interests of the company are upheld
  • Answer inbound phone calls - 10-15 calls per day
  • Answer emails 20-40
  • Update contact details
  • Complete Credit card payment Form
  • Contact customers regarding orders
  • Contact Accounting Dept for payments

  • Complete forms relating to customer requests
  • Open  New customer accounts
  • Fill out and complete Listing forms

  • Update pricing for customers
